These are hand savers!

Prefect for RDLs, deadlifts.. anything where you need to suspend weight over the ground. My only gripe is that I have the world's tiniest wrists and these (and I'm sure every other brand) are just a little too loose when tightened completely. So I have to be careful where the wrist part digs into my hand when I'm pulling anything higher than 60. But I knew that was going to be an issue and I'm just happy that I can lift more than double what I could without these. Haven been using them three times a week for I think six months now and they're still in great condition.

These hooks are a game changer for my workouts. I use them for dumbbells and deadlifts. I don't even feel the pressure of the weight or the bar when I'm doing these wearing the hooks. Very easy to use and extremely comfortable. I've received several compliments on their look.

Back day necessity

I like the fit and sturdiness. Great construction. It would be five stars if the hook was just a little bit wider. I need to wrap all of my fingers over this grip, but there is barely room for three of my fingers. Still: excellent product!
